Yes, at FAN DI PERFUME, we guarantee that all products are 100% authentic originals from the official designers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or opened.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as in a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids.
