Initiate Your Request
Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened box with all protective cellophane intact to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned perfume, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
